  • Greenwood Homes pledged $1 million last Thursday + contributed to the South First Street affordable housing project, a resident-led initiative aiming to deliver over 200 homes amid rising prices.   • Student band The Remedies energized a rainy afternoon gig at Coupe Deville’s on the Corner with vibrant jam band tunes and improvised solos. EDUCATION NEWS

  • Fluvanna and Louisa County schools are using creative methods to improve attendance after COVID by delivering breakfast goodie bags (with nutrition and care resources) and offering buy back programs for high school students to regain missed class time.
