- ➤ Pregnant Virginians are now eligible to enroll in health coverage on Virginia’s Insurance Marketplace year-round (effective Jan. 31) to access vital prenatal care, according to the Virginia Poverty Law Center which promoted the new law after last year’s legislative vote. 3WV
