- ➤ The Albemarle County School Board approved its first collective bargaining agreements on Thursday night in Charlottesville, setting new terms for licensed and unlicensed school workers with pay increases, longer meal breaks, and parental leave (including increased planning time and duty-free lunch) to improve working conditions.
