- ➤ At 9 a.m. Saturday morning outside Hereford College, 77 RCC students ran the Endless 5K Charity Run on Observatory Hill trails to raise over $1,500 for PHAR. - ➤ TEDxU.Va. UNBOUND took place at Newcomb Theater on Sunday at 2 p.m. where eight speakers (including the CNN Worldwide CFO) and university participants discussed how embracing discomfort can prompt personal growth. The Cavalier Daily
- ➤ The Mahogany and Friends Foundation will host a fundraiser on April 9 and April 10 at Get Air in Charlottesville to support the Budget Does It program at the Boys and Girls Club of Central Virginia, which gives 300 students twenty dollars to help them start saving. 29 News

- ➤ UVA researchers have tested a new algorithm that uses over 300 continuous glucose monitor data points to guide weekly insulin adjustments for Type 2 diabetes patients in a 16-week trial (improving safe blood-sugar time from 54% to 75.3%).
