- ➤ Today, the Albemarle Charlottesville Historical Society opens its exhibit Then & Now: Charlottesville in the 1970s which displays portraits of local figures painted by Frances Brand — the show explores the city’s past. The exhibit runs Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Vault Virginia on the Downtown Mall. 29 News
- ➤ Chiles Peach Orchard debuts its Tulip Field Days during early spring, inviting visitors to see a three-acre field with over 175,000 tulips along the Blue Ridge Mountains — passes are available every day through Sunday, April 12. 29 News
