  • Charlottesville Police investigated shots fired Saturday night in the west end of the Downtown Mall near the CODE Building — officers reported several shots at 9:30 p.m. — and confirmed that no one was hit.  3WV

  • Elizabeth Mirabal, a Spanish Ph.D student, wrote 'Herbarium', a 205-page free verse collection about Cuba's plants — it was translated into English by six undergraduates from Professor Nieves Garcia Prados’s SPAN 4040 class and published last November.
