  • Albemarle Police investigated a Wednesday afternoon single-vehicle crash near Irish and Chestnut Grove roads in Esmont that killed an adult passenger and seriously hurt the driver taken to UVA—officials are working with the Crash Reconstruction Team to learn what happened.  Cville Right Now

  • U.Va. Dine announced the Rotunda Royale Games that will have students compete for prizes including a Super All Access Mega Dining Plan, Flex Dollars and a 24/7 pancake bar. Enrollment opens today at 4:64 a.m.—the games will feature challenges like laundry runs and relays and are run by Dystopian Solutions LLC to help manage rising dining costs.  The Cavalier Daily
