- ➤ Virginia may receive over $16 million from opioid makers as the state’s Attorney General, along with those from eight other states, negotiated the legal settlement (final approval is still pending). 29 News
- ➤ City leadership said today the current 2024 zoning ordinance remains in effect while a lawsuit by property owners over zoning reform continues, and rezoning requests are temporarily on hold. Officials plan to seek a settlement or file an appeal and will move quickly to adopt a new ordinance once the case is resolved. 29 News
