- ➤ During Thursday’s meeting, the University's Advancement Committee reported that the Honor the Future campaign raised over $6.1 billion in donations over six years, with $2.3 billion added to the endowment from 258,000 donors out of an alumni base of about 275,000. Mark Luellen said the campaign surpassed its original $5 billion goal and noted the University recorded $470 million in donations this year— a 14 percent increase— while planning to hire new staff for corporate outreach.
