- ➤ The proposed community-owned grocery at 501 Cherry Ave in Fifeville moves closer to happening as City Council will decide on a $1.7 million funding request Dec. 15. It is part of a mixed-use development with low-cost housing and a Music Resource Center. Charlottesville Tomorrow
