  • A Charlottesville startup uses AI to help veterans fix errors in their disability claims by checking service records — each veteran gets help from a real person. The company will expand its service with support from the PenFed Foundation’s Veteran entrepreneurship program.  29 News

EDUCATION NEWS

  • On Saturday, hundreds of University and local community members joined a 2.8-mile Run For Jim outside Madison House to honor University President Jim Ryan—who resigned Friday—and they ran along a route that went past McCormick Road, Scott Stadium and ended at the Rotunda in 25 minutes. Student groups planned the event to show support, and Jim Ryan thanked the crowd as he ran with them.  The Cavalier Daily
